Welcome

Hello and welcome to the new gpkonline.com. After 8 years of no updates and never finishing the webpage, I have decided to redesign it and finally finish it. The website will be underconstruction for awhile but will still be working.

I am in the process of scanning every Garbage Pail Kid that I own. It's a long and boring job but I want to have the most complete collection of GPK pictures. I will have all US and Foreign GPK scanned. I am also going to take pictures of every item, toy, etc that I know of. I want to focus mostly on pictures of GPK cards and items for this website.

Im going to make a page for each country and have the pictures of the cards from that set and some basic information on them. I will probaly link to other sites like gpkworld.com and wgpkr.com for extensive information on each set, as those sites are great for all the latest new and detailed descriptions

Collector

I've been collecting Garbage Pail Kids since 1985. I have alot of singles from the U.S. and some other countries that I trade and sell. I'll have my wantlist updated soon and a For Sale page also. In the meantime you can email me at demus@gpkonline.com with any wantlist or trade list you may have.

Check back for updates

Over the next few weeks I am hoping to finally finish this site. So make sure you check back every once in awhile. I want this site to have all the pictures and information you will ever need on GPK. Whether its going to be on this site or not I will be linking to alot of other GPK site for Information, etc.

Garbage Pail Kids Flashback Set Release

This Information was taken from gpkworld.com. Thanks to Aaron for all the info.

The 2010 Garbage Pail Kids Flashback Set was released this week, two years after the "All-New" Series 7 release and a year after its original release date of January 2009, following the huge success of the Wacky Package Flashback sets in 2008 and 2009.

The GPK base set is comprised of 70 nostalgic pieces by veteran GPK artists John Pound and Tom Bunk, including the Lost GPK subset that consists three unpublished 16th series and three older Pound artwork pieces, for a total of 160 base set cards, with twin names, rounded out by the all-new "Where Are They Now" artwork subset, portraying classic GPK as they would appear today. The series is art directed by Jeff Zapata and supervising editor John Williams with work done by Colin Walton.

Each pack, with a suggested retail price of $1.99, contains 10 sticker cards on 14 card stock (with a great gloss finish), and a chance to come across a Motion (Loco or Lenticular) card (1:8 packs), an original Printing Plate card (1:1,790 packs; 1:50 boxes), an artist Sketch card (1:229 packs; 1:10 boxes), and four levels of parallels; Gross Green border (inserted 1:2 packs), Punk Pink border (insterted 1:3 packs), Silver border (insterted 1:6) and Gold border (1:42). The set will also contain 4 bonus cards that can be found in either a 'bonus box' or 'blister packs' that are located at different retail chains.
